Yoga Classes and Private Lessons
One Hour Private Lessons:
- New to the practice. Private lessons are a great way to be introduced to yoga. New students can feel overwhelmed in a typical class setting; a private lesson is a great way to become more familiar with the practice in a one – on – one setting.
- Advance your practice. Private lessons allow individuals to set specific goals, they can also help correct alignment issues while gaining skills to help develop flexibility and strength.
- Dealing with an injury e.g. lower back pain, shoulder injury or surgery e.g. hip replacement, knee replacement. A private lesson can offer modifications best suited to your individual needs.
- Gain more knowledge. Private lessons can help those looking to expand their knowledge in a specific area of their practice.
