Gerdette Armour's Story 

Hey! Want to get to know me better?

I grew up in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland, in a lively family of six kids. Eager to explore the world, I moved to Greece at 19, igniting a lifelong passion for travel and adventure. I traveled extensively before eventually settling in the U.S., where I discovered my love for cycling, yoga, and wellness.

I’ve climbed Mt. Washington on my bike, completed a full Ironman in western Australia, and biked from Boston to Vermont in a day—I love a good challenge! My wellness journey led me to train in multiple yoga traditions, and I’m grateful to teach at Down Under Yoga one of the most respected yoga studios in the U.S.

While studying in Japan, I opened my first fitness business. Later, I ran a small business in Waltham for a decade, becoming part of a wonderful community. COVID forced its closure, but it taught me invaluable lessons in resilience and adaptability.

Coming from an entrepreneurial family, my brother encouraged me to explore real estate. Though it was outside my comfort zone, I embraced the challenge—and it turned out to be a perfect fit!

I love guiding people through the often overwhelming process of buying or selling a home. I genuinely care about my clients’ success and well-being, and that drives me to go the extra mile. I’m grateful to help Waltham and Boston homeowners sell at the best price, ensuring a seamless experience.

My Approach to Real Estate

I primarily serve clients as an independent agent but also collaborate with Team Savas, a renowned, award-winning team with over 60 + years of experience. 

I’m proud to work alongside them on select projects to provide additional expertise and support. Some homes are sold solely by me, while others are successful team efforts—regardless of the approach, my priority is always delivering exceptional results for my clients.
